Student proposes
Choose CEFR level, programme, weekly schedule, class count, class size and hourly rate.
Students create one-hour class proposals. Teachers who match the programme and schedule can accept the rate or counter with a different hourly amount.
There is no pre-match messaging. A counter-offer can contain only a price. If a teacher accepts the student's proposed rate, the match happens immediately and both sides can then see each other's contact details.
Only the hourly amount can be negotiated before a match.

Only teachers whose programme preferences and published availability fit the proposal receive it.
A teacher can accept immediately or submit a different hourly amount. No text message can be attached.
Once either side accepts the other’s rate, the proposal closes and private contact information becomes visible.
